Use of Facilities
The Beaumont Unified School District is excited to open its doors to the public. All responsible organizations or individuals who desire to use available facilities may do so by completing a facilities request form via Facilitron.com.

Use of Facilities Requirements
- Proof of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage is required. The certificate must include a separate letter of endorsement, listing the Beaumont Unified School District as an additional insured on behalf of the District
- Authorization letter on company letterhead that specifically names the party entering into the facility use agreement
- Statement of information that your entity will be using the facility appropriately
