Riverside County Student Academic Awards

Congratulations to Amy Calderwood, Gabriela Medina Ortiz, and Emma Whamond from Beaumont High School! The three seniors were recognized at the 13th Annual Riverside County Student Academic Awards dinner on April 25. The students were honored for their outstanding academic achievements throughout their high school career, that included their grade-point average (all were above a 4.0), class rank, SAT/ACT scores, extracurricular activities, and community service.
Riverside County Superintendent of Schools, Judy D. White, Ed.D., also announced the names of the top
20 students—one from each district in the county with high schools—as the 2018 Riverside County Top
Academic Scholars. That honor went to Beaumont High Senior Amy Calderwood.
We are incredibly proud of our students and their achievements!
