Program Goals

 

Students will become proficient in English and Spanish as measured by CELDT for ELs and using Spanish language rubric (can be developed/implement from current rubric used at elementary)

 

Students will become literate in English and Spanish as measured by the CST and Apprenda with a score of at least proficient

 

Students will be taught about a variety of cultures and be required to make community connections via service learning projects and community service activities. Students will become culturally tolerant and develop global awareness

 

Students will become proficient in using interactive technology to enhance their economic development/survival skills and have the ability to network with people on a global spectrum
