Enrollment in benefits is completed using an online platform. To enroll in medical, vision and dental, visit the BenefitFocus website.

 

The cash option form is now available on InformedK12. To submit your annual renewal for the 2023-24 school year, fill out the 2023-24 Cash Option Agreement and attach your proof of insurance. The form must be renewed annually during open enrollment.
