Volunteer Applications
Level A Volunteer
Level A Volunteers are those who will be in the classroom under the supervision of credential staff member(s) for 5 or less hours per week. This application may take up to 30 days to process. Please see the checklist and application link below:
Level A Volunteer Checklist
- Read through the Volunteer Handbook
- Prepare the required documents for the application: Government Issued Identification.
- Complete the application in its entirety. If the application is not completed within 30 days, the application will be cancelled and a new one will need to be completed.
- Check your email for information regarding the required TB testing and Mandated Reporter Training
- Complete the Mandated Reporter Training
- Complete the TB testing/assessment
- Check your email for approval/denial email from the school site
- Please note: If any of the items above are not completed, the application will be cancelled after 30 days and new application will need to be submitted

Level B Volunteer
Level B Volunteers are those who will be in the classroom under the supervision of credential staff member(s) for 5 or more hours per week. These volunteers are also able to chaperone field trips and other events. This application may take up to 30 days to process. Please see the checklist and application link below:
Level B Volunteer Checklist
- Read through the Volunteer Handbook
- Prepare the required documents for the application: Government Issued Identification.
- Complete the application in its entirety. If the application is not completed within 30 days, the application will be cancelled and a new one will need to be completed.
- Check your email for information regarding the required TB testing, DOJ/FBI fingerprinting and Mandated Reporter Training
- Complete the Mandated Reporter Training
- Complete the TB testing/assessment
- Complete the DOJ/FBI Livescan
- Check your email for approval/denial information
- Please note: If any of the items above are not completed, the application will be cancelled after 30 days and new application will need to be submitted
