If you are an employee within the Beaumont Unified School District and looking to bring the benefits of the Expanded Learning Program to your campus, please explore the options below––

 

Principals Only | Requesting After School Programs

We are partnering with teachers at school sites to provide an enriching after school experience to students from TK-8th grade.

 

Please note the details below––

  • Site secretaries or site administrators must complete an "Experience Form."
  • "Experiences" are often one-time events.
  • All trips must be approved by the Board of Trustees in advance, so please plan accordingly.
  • Experiences should not replace ASB or PTA events.

 

Teachers Only | Requesting After School Programs

We are partnering with teachers at school sites to provide an enriching after school experience to students from TK-8th grade.

 

Please note the details below––

  • Opportunities can be held on Tuesday and/or Thursday during each 8-week block/Trimester
  • Teachers must apply through Informed K12 each Trimester, even if they already hosted the same Opportunity the previous Trimester
  • Teachers should advertise for their Opportunity once they receive approval
  • All students must enroll in Opportunities online using Procare SchoolCare Works 
  • Budgets for supplies are in place this year
  • All students participating in Opportunities will be provided a snack by CNS
  • Mandatory Zoom meeting for participating teachers  

Athletic Coaches Only | Requesting After School Programs

We are partnering with Beaumont High School sports teams to provide athletic experiences to students in elementary and middle school.

 

Please note the details below––

  • Clinics can be held on Monday and Friday during an 8-week block each Trimester.
  • Coaches must apply through Inform K12 each Trimester.
  • All students will enroll in CLINICS using the School Care Works program.
  • Budgets for supplies will be in place this year.
  • Mandatory Zoom meeting for participating coaches. 
  • Attendance must be taken, and coaches must wait for all students to be picked up.
