ELPAC - English Learner Proficiency Assessment for California

The ELPAC is applied to students whose primary language is not English. The assessment analyzes their proficiency of the English language. Further assessments are conducted to measure the student's progress in learning English.

i-Ready Benchmarks

The i-Ready assessment is an online program focused on reading and mathematics. It is applied to determine the level a student is at and then provide personalized instruction in the classroom as it monitors progress throughout the year.

PFT - Physical Fitness Testing

The physical fitness test is applied to students in grades five, seven, and nine as part of a California Department of Education requirement. The test is used to show the fitness level of the student and encourage healthy physical activities.

The California Department of Education provides resources to familiarize and train new and experienced district and school Physical Fitness Test coordinators, other district leads, and physical education teachers in the proper administration of the FITNESSGRAM® test protocols.
