PeachJar Flyer Distribution

Our Beaumont USD schools use an electronic flyer communication tool called Peachjar.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, USE, AND POLICIES FOR COMMUNITY PARTNERS

Our district cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically to district families.

Flyer Distribution Procedures

  • To submit a flyer for approval, follow the directions below.

IMPORTANT:
Please read the Beaumont USD Board Policy
Ensure the flyer is submitted in English AND Spanish
(Spanish translation is not required if the flyer is for district staff only.)
English and Spanish versions should be uploaded as one PDF file.
To upload -
Register as an Enrichment Provider (account type)
Upload your flyer for approval.
Continue through the checkout process
While there is a service fee to utilize the Peachjar tool, it is substantially less than the cost of printing/copying, bundling, and distribution of paper flyers. In addition, because flyer information is distributed via email and through the district website, the information shared receives greater exposure.

Approval Process

  • After checkout
    • Flyers will automatically be submitted to the district office.
    • District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the district flyer policies described below.
    • If your flyer is denied, an explanation is provided and credits will be refunded to your Peachjar account.
