Public Records Requests 

The California Public Records Act, CPRA, gives you the right to access, review, and copy government records, including public schools upon request. Certain record requests are exempt. We will respond to all requests within 10 days or sooner as required by law.

Community Concerns and Complaint Procedures

Parent Concerns
Often, the fastest way to have your concern addressed is to contact the school and request to speak with the teacher or administrator. If you believe your concern has not been resolved after doing so, let the District office know by calling 941.845.1631 or completing our online form.
 
General Concerns
If you have a general concern, unrelated to a child or school, call 941.845.1631 or complete our online form.
 
Title IX Complaint
Anyone who believes their rights have been violated under Title IX, may file a formal Title IX complaint. Parents/guardians of a student may also submit a complaint on the students behalf. For detailed information on this process, visit https://www.beaumontusd.us/apps/pages/titleix.

We are happy to support you in informing our community about relevant programs and announcements. Please review our board policy for criteria on the types of advertising and notices we approve.
 
To distribute a flyer:
