It's Open Enrollment for Vision and Voluntary Benefits!

If you're seeking to change or add any benefits to vision or voluntary plans, you may do so during "Open Enrollment" from  April 26, 2024, - May 24, 2024. Please explore the vision and voluntary benefits available to you below and visit the corresponding pages to make changes to your current plans.
Changes to medical and dental plans through CVT cannot be made at this time. Open enrollment for medical, dental and renewal of the cash option form will be in August.

Enrollment in benefits is completed using two online platforms. To enroll in medical and dental, visit the MyCVT website. To enroll in vision, visit the BenefitBridge website.
 
CASH OPTION - The cash option form is now available on InformedK12. To submit your annual renewal for the 2023-24 school year, fill out the Classified Cash Option Form and attach your proof of insurance. The form must be renewed annually during open enrollment.
**CVT requires mandatory enrollment for all 8 hour employees. 8 hour employees are not eligible for the cash option benefit unless proof of coverage through a subsidized plan can be provided. Details are provided on the cash option form.
