The Beaumont Unified School District values its community partners and the shared role they have in providing information to parents and students. However, we also understand the critical need to ensure effective and consistent standards for advertisements and promotions by non-school groups.
 
 
Directions
  1. Review the Limited Public Forum Board Policy 1325 prior to uploading
  2. Register with PeachJar.com as an "Enrichment Provider"
  3. Upload a flyer in English and Spanish
  4. Complete check-out payment*
  5. Await district approval - usually 24-48 hours

Limited Public Forum | BP 1325

In accordance to the Board Policy 1325, we may consider the educational and intrinsic value to students and families of all advertisements. The following criteria below for advertising approval must be met, but is not limited to ––
  • Content may not be lewd, obscene, libelous, or slanderous
  • Content may not incite students to commit unlawful acts or violate school rules
  • Content may not promote any particular political interest unless it meets criteria per the Civic Center Act
  • Content may not contain prayer or proselytizing language
  • Discriminate against, attack, or denigrate any group
  • Promote the use or sale of materials or services that are illegal or inconsistent with school objectives
  • Solicit funds or services for an organization, with the exception of solicitations authorized in the Board Policy
