What We Do

The Research, Learning, and Data department conducts extensive research into the best practices in K-12 education, while also tracking the current results from the District’s work in our schools. Additionally, we oversee parent and community engagement outreach.

Our Mission

We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by integrating cutting-edge research, innovative learning strategies, and robust data analytics.

Data will inform the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) to shape programs and supports that enhance student achievement.
Data analytics will empower educators with the tools and insights they need to tailor instruction to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring equitable access to quality education.
Through collaborative partnerships with family, community, staff, and students, we aim to drive academic, personal, civic, and social-emotional growth to inspire lifelong learning and prepare our students for success in an ever-evolving world.
