On-Campus Measures

Student safety is a top priority. Below are on-campus measures we may have available––

School Resource Officer
A contracted Beaumont Police Department employee who provides security service on-campus

Visitor Check-In
All visitors, including employees, are required to check-in using a District employee badge or a state-issued ID. They are also required to digitally check-out upon leaving campus.

Single Point of Entry
Every school site has only one entry-point for visitors to enter.

Emergency Supplies and Systems
Every school is trained on our emergency management system and has emergency supplies. Additionally, they have AED/CPR procedures in place.

Off-Campus Measures

Anonymous Reporting
All families and students have access to the WeTIp and StopIt apps. These apps allow individuals to report concerns and risks anonymously.

Yearly Training
Each year, active school shooter training is provided to school staff and all employees are required to complete various other trainings, including mandated reporter requirements.
