Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten Facts
| Pre-Enrollment Age Eligibility for the 2023-24 school year |
| Transitional Kindergarten- If your student was born between September 2, 2018 - June 6, 2019; Your student is eligible for TK if they have their 5th birthday between 9/2-6/6. |
| Kindergarten- If your student was born between September 2, 2017 - September 1, 2018; Your student is eligible for Kindergarten if they have their 5th birthday on or before September 1st of the School Year. |
All incoming TK/Kindergarten families must submit an online enrollment form, including students transitioning from Beaumont USD Preschool. All required documentation must be submitted electronically through Aeries Online Enrollment. All Pre-enrollments that have been satisfactorily completed will be processed by a Centralized Enrollment Technician.
****Current TK/K students do not need to “re-enroll” their students again. Families will be prompted via email from BeaumontUSD to complete the “Back to School Data Confirmations" in their parent portal****
KINDERGARTEN
- Beaumont USD offers both half-day and full-day Kindergarten Programs
- All Elementary School Sites offer a full-day Kindergarten Program
- Select Elementary School Sites offer a half-day Kindergarten Program
Q. How Do I enroll my student in All Day Kindergarten?
A. You will be asked what your first and second schedule preference is within the enrollment application. All day placement will be determined at the school site level.
Please understand that your request will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
If requesting placement in a school site that resides outside your attendance boundary you must submit an Intra District Transfer between February 1 - March 31, 2023, after you have completed your student's online enrollment application.
